3. AI Usage and Prompt Content

WORKSHOPIT PTY LTD uses user-entered Prompt content to process via an LLM and return AI-generated outputs to fulfil the Services.

3.1. Training Disclosure: We will never use your Prompt content to train AI models.

3.2. PII Recommendations: As our Services are built for project requirements, there is generally no need to input personally identifiable information (PII). We recommend avoiding the entry of sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary for the requirement.

4.1. Retention: We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or to comply with legal obligations.
