Our Mission

WORKSHOP IT was born from the experiences of project professionals who grew tired of the same issues and frustrations occurring with each delivery. Manual processes we have all accepted.

We’re building software that helps teams deliver projects more efficiently.

What began with our requirements elicitation platform, Jessica, is just the beginning of our mission to change the way people discover and deliver their solutions.

Our Values

Human first

We try our best not to use Corporate speak that says a lot but doesn’t mean anything.

We do not leverage synergies, shift paradigms or even circle back.

We build for real users and value their feedback. Running extended pilots for new products and refining along the way.

Build from experience

Our products are shaped by our own days, frustrations, and breakthroughs.

Project delivery can be frustrating and we know it.

We know our customers, because we are our customers. And we won’t release something that we wouldn’t use ourselves.

Transparency

Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose.

We don’t use fake testimonials.

We write and build all content and output ourselves. Except for photos as required.

Building enterprise software is about more than features. Security, performance and reliability matter from day one. That’s one reason we’re pleased to have been accepted into the Cloudflare for Startups program, giving us access to Cloudflare Enterprise infrastructure as we continue building Jessica.

Yes, it's a beaver

There isn’t a carefully crafted brand story.

We could have gone with a glowing hexagon, or an abstract AI-swirl. But we wanted something memorable.

So we made a low-poly beaver.

It feels a little out of place.

That’s the point.
